Radiothon has been WNTH's annual fourteen-hour event where Board members feature on-air interviews with actors, musicians, politicians, and more in order to raise money. The radio board has interviewed such people as Danny Devito, Aubrey Plaza, Muhammad Ali, Arcade Fire, Aziz Ansari, Aaron Paul, and New Trier alumni Rainn Wilson.

In the past, Radiothon has been an event used to raise money towards a charity. In 2005, when the event began, money was raised towards the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. Because of it's tremendous success, the Board decided to continue the tradition yearly.

During the 2015-2016 radio season, the Board decided to open the floodgates for Radiothon to become the main source of funding for the station, replacing the traditional Citrus sale. On December 5th, 2015, DJ's and board members alike will be interviewing and taking donations to raise money for the station, which is completely student-run and not funded by the school.
